Day 2 and I am already too busy to post (the joys of scheduled posting). Think of this as my blogging version of the answer machine.
While you are reading this I will be otherwise occupied. So here is a little treat to enjoy whilst I am out, please feel free to leave a message at the beep to let me know what you are up to and I will get back to you on my return.
I certainly try to live my life and say I have had fun :-D
BEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPP
Hey Alison, it's Larissa. I'm just calling to wish you a wonderful day and wish you good luck on NaBloPoMo. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd here's my luck :-D thank you!!
DeleteI am sorry I wasn't here to take your call but I did have an amazing night!!
Hi Alison....so erm....yeah......damnit I hate answering machines! ....Love the Lostprophets though! Have fun! x
ReplyDeleteYeah, sorry I hate them too but sometimes life comes first ;-)
DeleteI had an amazing night and think I could easily get addicted to live gigs, it was a small venue and just.....amazing *sigh* must go look at what else I can find to go to!!
Hey Sleepy Joe, this is Deb. My head is in a million different place right now, but I thought I'd call to say 'hi' and 'ho-hum' and 'wouldn't it be awesome if we lived on the same ground and could go get a cup of something yummy? It's cold and I want to wrap my hands around a warm mug.' Machines are a rough thing for me because I always end up rambling much longer than I thought I would, regardless of how planned I am before calling and leaving the message. So now is right about the time I'd pause, clear my throat and say, 'Yeah, so...call me back?'
ReplyDeleteHey, sorry I missed your call! Would really love to ramble together over a cup of something warm and a cupcake ;-) Don't forget you can usually reach me on my mobile (aka facebook chat) I always have that about my person ;-)
DeleteAnyway, it appears I have missed you too and am now also rambling. If I can help focus your mind to just one or two places let me know! Love and Hugs xx
What Deb said. It sounds exactly like something I would leave on a machine. I'm so HORRIBLE about babbling on in a circular fashion that my messages are legendary among friends and colleagues.
